In 2026, we aim to introduce a new Engagement & Enrichment Worker role within our supported accommodation services. The role will:

Help people discover new interests and develop skills
Offer activities ranging from arts and culture to sport, gardening and practical learning
Tailor opportunities to each person’s interests, needs and readiness
Support people to reconnect with life, build confidence and find purpose

Together, this will ensure that people are not only housed but also supported to build stable, purposeful lives.

£25 could provide a 1:1 enrichment session
£50 could ensure someone could attend a creative workshop
£450 could pay to help a small group learn to cook for themselves
£5 could cover someone's travel costs to attend a workshop
£10 could support someone to try something new and build their confidence
£15 could help someone develop a new passion
