Framework Housing Association

You’ve helped us build the roof. With your continued support, we can help people build lives beneath it

In 2026, we aim to introduce a new Engagement & Enrichment Worker role within our supported accommodation services. The role will:

  • Help people discover new interests and develop skills

  • Offer activities ranging from arts and culture to sport, gardening and practical learning

  • Tailor opportunities to each person’s interests, needs and readiness

  • Support people to reconnect with life, build confidence and find purpose

Together, this will ensure that people are not only housed but also supported to build stable, purposeful lives.

  • £12  could help cover travel costs for someone to attend a supported trip to a museum or exhibition

This will cover the travel costs for an enriching visit to a museum, heritage site or exhibition, helping someone enjoy time out in their community in a safe, supported way

  • £25 could provide 1:1 support to take the first step towards a new passion

This will cover a 1:1 session with the Engagement & Enrichment Worker to build the confidence to plan an activity and make it happen.  This focused support will help someone take a first, manageable step towards trying a new activity.

  • £50 could enable someone to attend a supported creative workshop

This covers staff time to help one person attend a creative workshop – booking their place, travelling with them and offering reassurance throughout. Creative activities encourage mindfulness, helping people slow down, feel at ease and express themselves.

  • £150 could provide three practical skills sessions

This will cover staff time, preparation and supplies for activities like cooking, crafts or gardening. These sessions will help someone develop everyday skills that support independence and routine.

  • £15 a month could cover travel costs for someone to attend a supported trip to a museum or exhibition

This will cover the travel costs for an enriching visit to a museum, heritage site or exhibition, helping someone enjoy time out in their community in a safe, supported way

  • £25 a month could provide 1:1 support to take meaningful steps towards a new passion

This will cover a monthly 1:1 session with the Engagement & Enrichment Worker. This focused support will help someone take manageable steps towards finding a new passion and purpose.

  • £50 a month could empower someone to grow and develop with a practical skills session

This will cover staff time, preparation and supplies for activities like cooking, crafts or gardening each month.  These group sessions will help someone develop everyday skills that support independence and routine.
